Shounen Jump!‘s star studded cross-over “team battle action” game J Stars Victory VS gets a bit more antagonistic as the upcoming game will feature several new (villainous) characters.
Rurouni Kenshin’s Makoto Shishio, One Piece’s Akainu, Naruto’s Madara Uchiha and Dragon Ball’s Frieza are all final boss-level baddies and they will be joining Shounen Jump!’s all out brawl as part of the main roster. The magazine then teases more villains to be announced in a silhouette. I wonder who they are?
The magazine scan was taken from the 8th issue of Weekly Shueisha Jump magazine which will be released on Monday, January 20, 2014. The scan also teases that Kakashi from Naruto, as well as other popular Jump characters will be appearing as part of the game.
J-Stars Victory VS for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita platforms is scheduled for release in Japan on March 19. 2014.
