For a lot of people in Japan, August usually means it’s time for their annual pilgrimage to the largest doujinshi fair in the world, Comiket.
One of the biggest names participating in the bi-annual otaku-fest is 5pb. who are known for their “Science Adventure Games”, Steins; Gate, Chaos; Head and Robotics; Notes. The visual novel maker and multimedia company is setting up shop on the 4th floor, No. 141 west with their own products as well as a few consigned items.

Let’s start with the Comiket 84-exclusive “Science Adventure Set” featuring Steins; Gate, Chaos; Head and Robotics; Notes. It comes with a Drama CD featuring the three series called “Sousotsu rensa no Triptych” which comes with beautifully hand-drawn illustrations.
From Robotics; Notes comes “Manatsu no Hiru no Caprice” and features the voices of Yoshimasa Hosoya as Subaru Hidaka, Ryouhei Kimura as Kaito Yashio, Kaori Nazuka as Kona Furugoori and Sora Tokui as Junna Daitoku.
From Steins;Gate comes “Gūzō Enju Yume (gū zō ka imu) no Sutēji” and features the voices of Mamoru Miyano as Rintarou Okabe, Tomokazu Seki as Itaru Hashida, Asami Imai as Makise Kurisu and Yuu Kobayashi as Ruka Urushibara.
From Chaos; Head comes “Enigmatic Ward” and features the voices of Ui Miyazaki as Nanami Nishijou, Akane Tomonaga as Seira Orgel, Eri Kitamura as Rimi Sakihata and Hiroyuki Yoshino as Takumi Nishijou.
This set also comes with a character illustrated clear file and a Steins; Gate lab member badge set. The ”Science Adventure Set” will be sold for 5,000 yen.
The Steins; Gate Faris and Itaru Hashida stuffed toys are going to be sold for 3,000 yen each.
The Gunegune Gero kaerun stuffed toy from Chaos; Head is also going to be sold for 3,000 yen.
As mentioned earlier, the 5pb. booth will also feature some consigned goods like this Hero Senki GOLD rubber strap set which will be sold for 5,000 yen.
There are also some products from Muvluv Alternative: Total Eclipse which include the Yui Takamura oppai mouse pad which is sold for 3,500 yen.
The Âge summer set 2013 contains a Muvluv Alternative: Total Eclipse artbook and a cotton eco-bag. The artbook is drawn by Carnelian.
