During Anime Festival Asia 2013 held at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre in Singapore, Daisuki.net has announced that they will be giving fans across South East Asia one very special New Year’s eve treat as they will be streaming Sword Art Online: Extra Edition on December 31, 2013 at 11:00 pm Singapore/ Manila/ Kuala Lumpur time.
SGCafe has confirmed with Daisuki.net that Singapore, The Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia will definitely be able to watch the simulcast online and get to see Asuna, Kirito, Yui and the rest of the SAO gang. Now, ain’t that an awesome way to end 2013?
Daisuki.net has also confirmed they will be streaming SAO: EE in other territories like the United States, Mexico, Central and South America as well as parts of Europe, India and the Middle East.
It will also be shown via Niconico and Tokyo MX TV in Japan at 10:00 pm Japan time. Crunchyroll has also announced that they will also be streaming the anime in North America on January 1, 2014, midnight.
