Kill la Kill, one of the hottest anime of the past two seasons, has finally ended, and now fans may be wondering what Trigger is doing now. Well, their next project has been revealed, and it looks like another wild one.
A poster for the upcoming volume of Ninja Slayer has revealed that Trigger is in charge of animating the sci-fi novel series.
Ninja Slayer is written by the American duo Bradley Bond and Philip Ninj@ Morzez. The story is set in Neo-Saitama, where a salaryman named Kenji Fujikido becomes a ninja slayer after his wife and children are killed in a ninja battle.
Trigger was originally founded by members of Gainax, and we’ve seen what they can do with little witches and badass school girls. What do you think of the studio bringing these crazy warriors to life?
