Asobit City in Akihabara has recently held a GunPla contest called Asobit Hobby Gunpla Contest and it featured 31 great customized GunPla builds. After two weeks of voting, the five winners of the contest have been announced and they are:
Gold Award: Gundam Braver Mk-III
Silver Award: Perfect Zeong Galaxy
Bronze Award: Golden Ashura
Meister Award: Build Strike Full Package
Meijin Kawaguchi Award: E Fleet
Meijin Kawaguchi, the legendary GunPla builder from Gundam Build Fighters gets his own award and it was given to E Fleet which has shown plenty of skill and imagination in building his custom GunPla using what seems to be a DOM and giving it an Earth Federation make-over.
The Meister Award meanwhile was given to the Build Strike Full Package w/ GP Base which featured great decals and joint extension.
