The 2015 premiere date of Kuroko’s Basketball season 3 will be revealed by Weekly Shonen Jump in its 32nd issue. The magazine will be out in Japan on Monday. Along with the announcement is a new illustration. See it here:
In celebration of the third season, an event called Kurobas Matsuri (Kurobas Festival) will be held. Special displays, merchandise, original drinks and food will be featured during this event.
Season one and two of the TV anime spanned 25 episodes each and started airing in 2012 and 2013, respectively. The anime is based on the manga by Tadatoshi Fujimaki which was serialised in December 2008.
