With Comiket 86 just 24 hours away, Japanese mobile carrier AU has announced their plans for the event, and it involves a particular popular cycling anime titled Yowamushi Pedal.
Their mobile phone signal truck, which aims to boost the signal of AU users attending the event may be one of their biggest highlights as it features series antagonist Akira Midousuji’s terrifyingly creepy stare right in front of the truck. Now who won’t be scared of that?
AU staffers will also be going to the event cosplaying as members of Sohoku’s cycling team.They will be going around the event in full YowaPe cosplay acting as “human portable wifi spots”.
Earlier this year in Comiket 85, AU went with an Attack on Titan theme with their employees cosplaying the Survey Corps
