Final Fantasy is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, and they kicked it off with some Nissin Cup Noodles! Now, relive some memories from the past Final Fantasy games as Square Enix started streaming their 30th Anniversary video titled “Timeless Legacy”.
The video starts out with a blast from the past, and it’s 1987’s original Final Fantasy game, before heading to 1988 with Final Fantasy II. The video then continues its trip down memory lane with the various Final Fantasy games, including the one which put the franchise in the map worldwide, and that’s 1997’s Final Fantasy VII, which is also celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. The video continues with even more FF games before arriving to 2016 with Final Fantasy XV. It ends with the franchise’s 30th anniversary logo.
Square introduced Final Fantasy back in 1987 and changed the RPG landscape. So, what’s your favorite Final Fantasy game? What’s your first Final Fantasy game?
