Sweeten your wardrobe with Charlotte inspired bags

Madoka Magica’s Charlotte the Dessert Witch is causing mischief again, but this time she’s making a fashion statement while she does it.

Bag maker BERUF is teaming up with Madoka Magica to offer a set of Charlotte inspired bags. Coming in a choice of small or medium messenger bag, or as a backpack, they offer a subtle way for Madoka fans to show off their love of Mami’s head…or rather the one who eats it. BERUF specializes in Japanese-made bags for bicyclists, so you know that each one is sturdy and comfortable enough for everyday use.

The smallest messenger bag features an interior carabineer to hold onto your keys, passes, or just anything in general that dangles. It’s not so small that you wouldn’t be able to bring some popcorn with you to the Rebellion Story movie next month, though. Being the smallest  bag, it’s also the cheapest and is going for 8190 yen.

The next size up will net you some nifty pencil slots should you ever need to quick draw for notes on a magical girl sighting. Of course, it also includes mesh pouch to store any loose items you might be carrying as well. All that extra room and accessories will cost you though as it will retail for 11,340 yen.

Finally, they are offering a backpack version that is pretty minimal on the inside, but at least gives you two different compartments and plenty of space to store your favorite clear files. And hey, it wouldn’t be a Japanese backpack without the trademark “pig-nose” tag on the exterior.

As you can see these bags are well worth their price tag. Distributed by 2PMWorks, who previously helped put out Madoka based pumps, they will be available for preorder on October 10 at the official website.
