After years of making fans wait, Angel Beats is finally back with a new episode, which will be coming bundled with the anime’s Blu-ray box set which is scheduled for release next year, on June 24, 2015.
The new episode will be titled “Hell’s Kitchen”, not to be confused with that area in New York city nor that cooking show with a lot of swearing. The scenario for this new episode will be written by Jun Maeda who is best known for his work on the music of Key’s other anime series like Clannad, Air, Kanon, and Little Busters!. This new anime will be the second special episode for the series, with the first being “Stairway to Heaven”.
better get your tissues ready because tears may be flowing with this one.
