Looks like the live action Naruto musical will also be heading to South East Asia and China as the third issue of Weekly Shounen Jump! magazine for 2015 will be announcing that the stage musical will indeed be heading to Singapore, Malaysia, and Macau right after it is shown in Japan. The scan also shows Koudai Matsuoka in costume as Naruto
The magazine also announced the cast for the play who will join Matsuoka. and from how he looks as Naruto, it seems like the play will be set before the time skip.

Ryuuji Satou as Sasuke Uchiha
Yui Itou as Sakura Haruno
Kenta Suga as Gaara
Yuuki Kimisawa as Kakashi Hatake
Kazuhiro Hirakawa as the Third Hokage
Hidekazu Ichinose as Iruka
Tatsunari Kimura as Kabuto
Asahi Uchida as Zabuza Momochi
Miho Imamura as Haku
The other characters who were confirmed to be featured in the play include Hinata, Jiraiya, Orochimaru, Kiba, Shino, Shikamaru, Ino, and Chouji. The play will be held over at the AiiA theater in Tokyo from March 21 to April 5, 2015 before heading to Fukuoka from April 10 – 12, Osaka from April 17 – 19, Miyagi from April 23 – 25, and then it returns to Tokyo from April 29 to May 10, 2015. No exact dates or venues have been announced for the Singapore, Malaysia, and Macau performances however.
The same issue also unveiled a key visual for the upcoming Naruto exhibition in Tokyo and Osaka, and it features Naruto and Sasuke
The same issue of Shounen Jump! also announced the new Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4
