It’s that jolly time of year once again where everybody is filled with good cheer and good will, and to celebrate the holiday known as Christmas, several manga creators and an anime’s official twitter page have gone out of their way to get into the Christmas spirit and greet everyone a very very Merry Christmas.
Let’s begin with the ever fan-friendly creator of Rave Master and Fairy Tail, Hiro Mashima, who tweeted his Christmas greeting which he himself drew and colored. The greeting featured Fairy Tail’s “Sexy Santa” Lucy Heartfilia.
The manga legend even received a Christmas present from his mom! It’s a bead embroidery featuring the cute and innocent exceed, Frosch.
Arpeggio of Blue Steel creator, Ark Performance, meanwhile had the series’ resident tsundere battle ship, Takao, do the greetings. However, unlike Mashima, Ark performance did the greeting not in English, but in German.
While Squid Girl creator Masahiro Anbe thinks that Squid Girl has been such a good invader that she deserves a Christmas gift.
Gargantia‘s official anime website meanwhile featured Amy as Santa with a lot of presents. And it looks like Ledo is her “Santa’s little helper”. I am betting that Chamber is playing the role of Rudolph in this one…
