The anime adaptation of Haruichi Furudate’s popular Weekly Shounen Jump! manga, Haikyuu, has proven to be one of Spring 2014′s most popular anime, and to celebrate, Takara Tomy has now opened an official character popularity poll where fans can vote for their favorite Haikyuu characters.
The poll also promotes Takara Tomy’s Haikyuu Volleyball Card Game as well as their other Haikyuu merchandise which include talking posters of Shoyo and Tobio.
Fans can vote only once per day and here are the characters you can choose from:
To vote, fans can head over to the official Takara Tomy website and exercise their right to suffrage.
Takara Tomy has also released the midterm results of their poll from the period of May 12-25, 2014. The results are quite may not yet be the final results but they are quite surprising…
Looks like main characters Shoyo and Tobio are not enough to beat out the popularity of the dreaded “Vice Principal” who takes first place in these partial results. Can he keep it up and beat the other popular characters when the final results are released?
