The Kagerou Daze Niconico program, “Seek at Mekakucity” ended with a very important announcement, where they revealed that Mekakucity Actors is getting itself “More Anime.” This means that Jin’s light novel and vocaloid song series, Kagerou Daze, is getting itself a new anime, which has tentatively been titled “Mekakucity Reload.”
The program revealed that this new anime project will be a different one from an upcoming MX4D anime short film slated for next winter. However, they did not state whether this new anime will be a TV anime or will be released in other forms of media, such as a movie.
They also did not announce is Mekakucity Reload will be a sequel to the first anime. More details on this new Mekakucity Actors anime will be revealed in the days ahead.
