Hobby Japan’s line of cast-off ecchi figures, The 7 Deadly Sins (not to be confused with Nakaba Suzuki’s Seven Deadly Sins/ Nanatsu no Taizai manga), is announced to be getting itself a TV anime adaptation, which is titled sin Nanatsu no Taizai. A new official website for the TV anime has also been launched, along with a new PV and key visual:
TNK and Artland will be handling the animation, while Queen’s Blade: The Exiled Virgin’s Kinji Yoshimoto will be directing the ecchi series. The series seems to have a lot of connections with another Hobby Japan multi-media franchise, Queen’s Blade, as Queen’s Blade: Grimoire writer, Masashi Suzuki, is writing the script.
The characters for the anime are the same as the original seven characters introduced in the popular line of cast-off figures, which were produced by renowned adult figure manufacturers, Orchid Seed.
More details will be announced in the days ahead. Here’s what the figures look like… with their clothes on of course.
