Love Live! is collaborating with Good Smile x Animate cafe, offering a limited edition menu and goods, but if you can’t go to Japan, you can still check out these photos courtesy of Animate.
Good Smile x Animate Cafe is actually the former Good Smile x Karaoke no Tetsujin Cafe. The name may be shorter now, but they still put plenty of effort into presentation, as you can tell from these photos.
Not only do they have pictures of μ’s displayed all over the walls, but they even have monitors showcasing their music videos and speakers playing their music. It’s like a dream come true for Love Live! fans.j
In one corner are several notebooks which you can leave messages in, and also a spot where you can vote for the member of μ’s you would like to go on a picnic with. The member with the most votes will be featured in a special illustration.
Good Smile x Animate is also selling goods like glasses and folding mirrors. Plus, for each dish or drink you order, you’ll get a bonus coaster.
Of course, we can’t overlook the figure exhibit featuring Good Smile Company’s upcoming Love Live! figures. Among them are the nendoroid petites of μ’s in their “No Brand Girls” outfits, which will be included with the limited edition of Love Live! School Idol Paradise. Below them are the nendoroid petites of the second-year trio that were released last year.
The most eye-catching one has to be the 1/8-scale Honoka in her outfit from “Bokura wa Ima no Naka de”, previewed at Anime Japan 2014 and Nico Nico Chokaigi 3, and now Good Smile x Animate.
Good Smile x Animate’s Love Live! cafe is open until July 30. Also available is Cure Maid Cafe‘s Love Live! menu.
