Starting today, Pokefans can dine in and enjoy the Pokemon-themed ambiance as a new Pokemon cafe has opened in Shibuya Parco, and it certainly has no shortage of Pikachus.
Inspired by the new Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire games for the Nintendo 3DS, this latest Pokemon-themed cafe has taken over The Guest Cafe, which previously featured a unique collaboration cafe between the Monogatari series and Hello Kitty.
And since this is a cafe, it’s all about the food, right? The cafe is serving up Pokemon ORAS-inspired dishes from Pikachu-themed rice or pancakes to a dessert inspired by the legendary Pokemon, Kyougre. Of course, there are Pokedrinks being served as well.
And as they are serving some Pokemon-themed drinks, some very cute Pikachu coasters are also available.
And since this is a Pokemon-themed cafe, why not give the waitresses some Pikachu ears and tails, right?
And why not throw in a gigantic Pikachu mascot to greet the kids as well?
A similar cafe known as the Pikachu Cafe was previously held at Roppongi. This latest Pokemon cafe is only available for a limited time, from January 9 until the end of February 2015. It can be found over at the 7th floor of Shibuya Parco 1.
