When we say Love Livers are some of the most dedicated anime fans out there, we’re not kidding, and when we say Free! fans can rival their dedication, we are not kidding either, as is shown when Free!’s resident killer whale swimmer, Makoto Tachibana, celebrated his birthday last November 17.
As expected, Free! fans showed plenty of love for Makoto for his birthday. Some even gathered for a party, just like @ O_hanyo_
Some have even showed their own Makoto character shrines, and some of them even came with Makoto Tachibana cakes and macaroons!

I guess @nyatarii screened which cake was the best for our birthday boy!
And as expected for Free!’s majority Fujoshi fans, the yaoi shippings were everywhere for Makoto’s birthday
And it wasn’t just Japanese fans who greeted Makoto, as @Leia981 has proven
Now those are some pretty dedicated fans indeed!
