The Top 15 Mangas which people have completed volumes of, according to DDNavi

Some people have such a huge passion for their favorite manga series that they have actually completed collecting all of its compiled volumes known as tankobons. Japanese media website, DDNavi, took a look at these compiled volumes and asked people online which ones do they have completed volumes of.

The online poll gathered 257 completed mangas, however, only the Top 15 were shown. The poll only ranked the mangas with completed Tankobon volumes so ongoing titles like Naruto (which is about to end), Bleach (which is now in its final arc), Akame Ga Kill, One Piece (which will not seem to end any time soon), Silver Spoon, Hayate the Combat Butler!, and others were not included.

15) Yu Yu Hakusho by Yoshihiro Togashi (19 Tankobon Volumes)

1) Slam Dunk by Takehiko Inoue (31 volumes)

Classic basketball manga, Slam Dunk, muscles in at #1 ahead of shoujo manga classic, Boys Over Flowes, and the unforgettable and legendary manga known as Dragon Ball.

And the thing is, nine of the Top 15 had a number of volumes higher than 20, which means these fans really collected and worked hard to complete their favorite series. I’ll tell you, collecting mangas volume by volume takes a lot of patience. I don’t even know if I can complete all 18 volumes of Sailor Moon, much less all 42 volumes of Dragon Ball.

And it would really be interesting to see how long an ongoing manga like One Piece goes, as the classic shounen series does not seem to have an end at all. I really wonder if how many people will stick to collecting the series and complete all its volumes once it is done. The same goes for Naruto as well.
