When you first hear of a Resident Evil curry, the first thing you might think of are the zombies which constantly hound you in the games, and that may be enough for some to lose their appetites. And with announcement of the official Resident Evil Curry, also known as the Curry of the Biohazard in Japan, people might actually think that.
However, even if its box comes with a warning that “They are going to eat you!” and feature the curry looking like some gross green ooze which may turn you into a zombie, in reality, the curry itself looks like your ordinary everyday curry which just has a slight greenish coloring.
Zombie curry… yum! It sure looks normal, right? I mean, its made of chicken, vegetables, coconut milk, and spices, as is said on the box, right? It’s not made with anything the Umbrella Corporation has cooked up, right?
The curry is made by Geek Life, which also made the official Dhalsim Curry from Street Fighter. They are selling it for 500 yen per box and are really saying that they used chicken as the meat of choice… Well, if you are really adventurous, Takumen’s Silent Hill Ramen looks a bit scarier…

The Resident Evil Curry actually does not look as gross as it sounds... right?
