During the recently concluded Machi Asobi Vol. 12 held in Tokushima Prefecture, figure making giant Good Smile Company showed off their upcoming figure releases as figures which are already released in the market right now. They held their display over at the Poppo Street shopping district where plenty of people came over to look and their goodies.
Animate.tv has recently visited the event and compiled several new images from the GSC display
One of their most popular displays was from Kill la Kill which featured the Nendoroid Ryuko and Mako as well as the upcoming figma Ryuko.
The two highly popular anthropomorphic battleship girl series, Kantai Collection and Arpeggio of Blue Steel are also well represented. Nendoroid Iona from Arpeggio and Nendoroid Akagi from KanColle were also present
They also showed off their Attack on Titan figmas and Nendoroids as well as some great Haganai figures.
They also showed off the recently released 1/7th scale 7th Dragon 2020 Hatsune Miku as well as their Hibiki Ganaha figure frm iDOLM@STER and their Tsukihi Araragi figure from Nisemonogatari.
Machi Asobi is Tokushima Prefecture’s most prestigious anime event and it features cosplay, itashas, anime and video game merchandise and many more. It is held twice a year along the banks of the Shinmachi River and even has some famous guests like Love Live! voice actress Sora Tokui who acted as the Tokushima station manager for the event.
