Casio‘s G-Shock has been known for making quality watches since 1983, and with Gundam celebrating its 35th anniversary, the two have teamed up for a special limited edition Gundam G-Shock watch which is highly resistant to shocks, hard knocks, and vibrations, just like a real Gundam.
This will be the second collaboration between the watch makers and Gundam as they have previously teamed up back in 2009. The watch comes in the original RX-78-2 Gundam’s white, blue and red colors and also bears the Eart Federation Space Force (E.F.S.F.) initials. Its logo can also be found in the strap.
If you light up the watch, you can see the RX-78-2′s insignia and if you look at the bottom, you can see the head of the original Gundam itself.
The watch costs 18,000 yen and is scheduled to be shipped out late September 2014.
It will also come with a special box and cushion.
