It’s time to rejoice, Yu-Gi-Oh! fans!
It has been revealed that a new movie of the popular card game anime is currently in development in Japan. No further details were disclosed when 4K Media Inc. announced the upcoming anime film in Licensing Expo which kicked off in Las Vegas.
Yu-Gi-Oh! was first aired back in 1998. It was then followed by its second adaptation Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters in 2000. The story centers around a boy named Yugi Mutou inhabited by the spirit of Yami Yugi, an Egyptian King who is a master gamer and gambler. They fight different opponents in a trading card game called Duel Monsters.
