One Piece is back to form at the top of Oricon’s list as it once again dominates their rankings by taking the Top 2 spots. #3 and #4 however has gone to Hajime Isayama’s Attack on Titan, which seems to be filling the void left by the now-concluded rival manga to One Piece, Naruto, which has its final volume take 5th place.
The Top 10 has been quite dominated by Shounen and Seinen mangas, however, Blue Spring Ride, or Ao Haru Ride, has proven that shoujo mangas can hang with the boys, though it is the only female-oriented (shoujo and josei) manga in the Top 10.
One of Shounen Jump’s “Big Three”, Bleach, has shown that it is still alive and well, even if it seems a bit obscure nowadays, as two of its volumes have placed in the Top 50.
