Charapedia ranks the Top 20 most fascinating facial hair in anime

Ahhhh facial hair, it’s that thing on men’s faces which often decides how manly they are, and Charapedia is dedicating this week’s poll to the manly men who have manly facial hair and wear it proudly.

With 10,000 anime fans voting, 56% of whom were men wile 44% were women, the poll featured 20 of the most glorious facial hair in anime, which range from full beards to Lincoln beards to simple soul patches. Here are the Top 20:

Daisuke Jigen’s beard is glorious, and it’s no surprise that this manly facial feature land him the top spot at #1, ahead of another epic facial hair, which of course belongs to White Beard.

And speaking of One Piece, three characters have made it to the top 10, and as many people know, pirates and beards kinda go together, though it is a bit surprising why Blackbeard ain’t part of the Top 20.
