During the premiere screening of Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin II: Artesia’s Sorrow, the title of part 3, as well as its premiere date, have been confirmed by the movie’s staff and cast during a special stage event.
It has been confirmed that part 3 will be titled Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin III: Akatsuki no Houki, which also means Dawn of the Revolution. They also mentioned that the third part will premiere sometime in Spring 2016.
The anime’s staff anmd cast also confirmed that the series is nearing its end. According to Yoshikazu Yasuhiko, chief director of the series, Gundam the Origin is now entering its climax and added that they will be exploring this theme starting in part 3.
No exact release date, PV, or key visual for part 3 have been announced thus far.
