Two of Shaft‘s most popular titles, the Monogatari series and Madoka Magica, have teamed up for a special collaboration art exhibition dubbed as “Madogatari.” This is all for Shaft’s 40th anniversary celebrations, and previously, we showed a special figFIX figure of Monogatari’s Shinobu Oshino together with Madoka Magica’s Kyuubey, and now, they have finally revealed the mysterious figures who will be exchanging costumes with each other.
MADOGATARI Figure Set A: Akemi Homura and Hitagi Senjyogahara
MADOGATARI Figure Set B: Madoka Kaname & Shinobu Oshino
MADOGATARI Figure Set C: Mami Tomoe & Tsubasa Hanekawa
Each of these figures will cost 3,800 yen and will be sold during the exhibition. And speaking of the Madogatari exhibition, here are some of the other merchandise which will be sold:
Shirts by Troupe Inukari, the team who did Madoka’s witch animation – 4,500 yen each
Madoka Masking tape – 1,200 yen each
Monogatari masking tape – 1,200 yen each
Strawberry and soda flavored Kintaroame candy – 1000 yen
Camembert cheese cake – 1000 yen
Madoka Magica purse – 1,800 yen
Monogatari pouch – 1800yen
Madoka Magica transit pass case – 1,200 yen
Monogatari transit pass case – 1,200 yen
Hitagi tote bag – 2,000 yen
The event’s first stop will be in Tokyo from November 27 to December 2, 2015 at 3331 Arts Chiyoda before moving the show to Osaka’s Herbis Hall from December 22-27, 2015. It will then continue from February 9-14, 2016 in Sapporo.
