The “American Anime,” RWBY is heading to Japan, and it’s going to feature some big name Japanese voice actors lending their voices to the main characters. To promote the Blu-Ray release of this “American Anime,” Warner Brothers Anime has started streaming the very first seven minutes of the Japanese-dubbed RWBY teases fans what to expect from the Japanese dubs.
The Japanese-dub cast includes:
Ruby Rose: Saori Hayami
Weiss Schnee: Youko Hikasa
Blake Belladonna: Yuu Shimamura
Yang Xiao Long: Ami Koshimizu
Jaune Arc: Hiro Shimono
Nora Valkyrie: Aya Suzaki
Pyrrha Nikos: Megumi Toyoguchi
Lie Ren: Souma Saitou
Ozpin: Kazuhiko Inoue
Glynda Goodwitch: Masumi Asano
Cardin Winchester: Subaru Kimura
Penny: Megumi Han
Roman Torchiwick: Shin-ichiro Miki
Sun Wukong: Tomoaki Maeno
Mysterious Narrator: Kikuko Inoue
Cinder Fall: Yuuko Kaida
The Blu-ray and DVD boxes will feature illustration by Rooster Teeth and will be released on December 9, 2015. It will be available in both Japanese and original English dubs. English and Japanese subtitles will also be available.
