One Punch Man illustrator, Yuusuke Murata, illustrates cover for Street Fighter novel

After illustrating the Street Fighter V PlayStation 4 HDD covers, mangaka Yuusuke Murata, best known for creating Eyeshield 21 and illustrating One Punch Man, is at it again, this time illustrating the cover for the upcoming novelization of Capcom’s legendary fighting game franchise, Street Fighter.

The Street Fighter novelization is titled “Street Fighter: The Novel – Ore Yori Tsuyoi Yatsu wa Doko ni Iru -,” and it is written by Naruto novel writer, Takashi Yano, and it will be the first in a series of eight Street Fighter novels which will focus on some of the game’s characters, which also include Chul-Li, Guile, Ryu, Dhalsim, and Ken. The series will feature 15 Street Fighter characters.

The novel is set for release on March 22, 2016, and is being released alongside the Street Fighter V game for the PS4 and PC.
