A live-action stage play will be adapting the Water Tribe Arc from Mizuho Kusanagi’s Yona of the Dawn (Akatsuki no Yona) manga, and the play’s official website has now revealed the cast in costume with a brand new PV, which also talks about the original source manga.
The play will star:
- Risa Niigaki as Yona
- Yuuya Matsushita as Hak
- Masato Saki as Su-Won
- Yūta Higuchi as Yun
- Ryō Kitamura as Kija
- Kpuichi Takamatsu as Sinha
- Tatsunari Kimura as Jaeha
- Shouhei Hashimoto as Zeno
- Kazuki Ono as Hiyou
- Ayako Miwa as An Lili
- notall’s Narumi Katase as Ayura
- Chihiro Seto as Tetora
- Tomoyuki Miura as Han Joo-Doh
The play is scheduled to have a total of 10 performances, which will be held from March 16-21, 2016 at the EX Theater Roppongi. The play itself is titled Akatsuki no Yona -The girl standing in the blush of dawn-.
