When you want to get your hands on a specific item sold in Comiket, you have to be fast… very fast because some items are guaranteed to sell out quickly, as the JS8 circle booth has proven during the last day of Comiket 86.
The JS8 circle sold a book which features artwork by Love Live! animator Yakuyou Sekken titled “Uniform”, and it was considered one of the third day’s hottest-selling items.
However, the term “one of the third day’s hottest-selling items” may be a huge understatement as the book became sold out in just about 30 minutes. Many who lined up for that specific item who weren’t fast enough were saddened by the news. However, those who were fast and lucky enough to get their hands on one copy quickly showed off their hauls via twitter.
Looks like those camping out just to be early in Comiket were absolutely wise in their decision after all.
