The week’s Famitsu live stream featured the Pokemon company, and they’re announcement was just as shocking as they promised.
Have you ever wanted to battle Pokemon? Not just as a trainer but actually fight with them? The latest game announcement from the Pokemon Company is letting fans do just that as they team up with Bandai Namco and the producers responsible for Tekken and Soul Calibur.
The game, called Pokken Tournament, is aimed at adult fans of the series as it will allow players to chose a Pokemon and battle it out Tekken-style.
It isn’t your usual “let’s take a game and stick Pikachu in it” collaboration either as the demo showed off Machamp and Lucario squaring off. It also showed Lucario facing Blaziken in a more urban setting.
It will be making it’s way to arcades in 2015, but apart from that not much has been revealed game yet, but we’ll be sure to keep you well informed. Are you excited to finally control a Pokemon in real time?
