The latest set of cards being released for Mobage’s Madoka Magica game features the magical girls donning pajamas and heading to the bedroom.
The mobile game for Madoka Magica may have been running for some time, but thanks to it’s constant supply of new costumes for the girls it’s still going strong. Featuring everything from yukata to wedding dresses, the rare cards always feature something for fans to be happy about, and this time it’s pyjamas.
We’ve all seen Madoka’s pyjamas, as there are several scenes where she is seen thinking in bed, but we’ve never seen her looking so peaceful enjoying a cup of tea.
Homura was apparently in the same bedroom, though she brought a western style seat to sit away from Madoka on.
Apparently it’s a slumber party, with Mami attending as well. She brought her own midnight snack to the party, too.
Sayaka either lost her soul gem again or was too exhausted from fighting witches and fell asleep.
Kyouko wouldn’t be herself without taiyaki, and she apparently sleeps with a giant stuffed one.
The real fun came with 2chan fans realized the backgrounds were similar enough for some editing magic and combined them to give us Kyouko and Sayaka sleeping together, and Mami and Madoka sharing that piece of pound cake she brought. Sadly Homura was not worked into any of the pictures.
The game is available to play for all smartphone users, but it may be difficult than normal to get these cards, as full registration is locked to Japanese mobile numbers. If you were lucky enough to get one though, which magical girl would you pick to have a slumber party with?
