With the Sapporo Snow Festival kicking off February 5, 2014, Family Mart has announced that they will be serving cream puffs inspired by the festival’s beloved mascot, Snow Miku.

The Snow Miku cream puff is basically choux pastry filled with purple sweet potato custard and whipped cream and then coated with white chocolate glaze to give it a more “snowy” appeal. These cream puffs are the result of Family Mart’s ongoing collaboration with Hatsune Miku, Piapro and Crypton Future Media Inc.
