The C3 Japan Expo 2014 or C3 in Hong Kong kicks off today, March 14, 2014, at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Center and it includes cosplay, toy and PlaMo exhibitions as well as programs featuring some of Japan’s idols and voice actors.
Several of the images from yesterday’s preparations for the event have recently surfaced and it gives us an idea on what to expect.
One of the highlights from the Bandai booth include 1:10 scale versions of the Build Strike Gundam and the Bearguy III from Gundam Build Fighters
A Gundam UC exhibit is also currently on display
Premium Bandai-exclusive goodies are also on display over at the Hong Kong event like the 1/100 MG Full Armor Gundam (Blue Ver.) and the HGCC 1/144 Turn A Gundam Moonlight Butterfly effect parts
Bandai also displayed their Gundam Build Fighters line which include the 1/100 MG Build Strike Gundam Full Package, 1/100 MG Build Gundam Mk-II, 1/144 HGBF Gundam Exia Dark Matter, 1/144 HGBF Bearguy III and the 1/144 HGBF Miss Sazabi
They also showed off their Tamashii Nations line as well as other products
Megahouse and Banpresto also displayed their upcoming goodies
Namco Bandai meanwile promoted two of their upcoming video games, Gundam Extreme VS Maxi Boost and Mobile Suit Gundam Side Stories as well as the upcoming PS Vita game, Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment and PS3 game iDOLM@STER One For All.
C3 will also feature an exhibit by Comic Walker
and so will Gundam apparel brand, Strict G and anime merchandise manufacturers Cospa
Other displays will include Madoka Magica, Sword Art Online, One Piece, Date A Live, Captain Harlock, Doraemon and Ultraman
Well, looks like they truly haven’t finished setting up yet as far as the images are concerned
The event will be held from March 14-16, 2014 and will have an entrance fee (children and adult) of HK$30
