The fifth new character in Ultra Street Fighter IV is Decapre, a Shadowloo assassin doll and former comrade of Cammy’s back when she was still under the command of M.Bison, Capcom announced moments ago at the Final Round 17 tournament in Atlanta, USA.
Decapre looks like a twin of Cammy’s but has her face hidden behind a mask, and she is a charged character. Here’s the character trailer for Decapre:
