The official site for the next Digimon Adventure anime, which was announced on August 1 on Odaiba Day, is giving fans all over the world to recreate hatching a Digiegg.
Fans who tuned into the 15th anniversary event on NicoNico Livestream got quite a surprise when it was announced that another Digimon Adventure anime would be coming out summer 2015. The anime, which will follow Taichi in his high school days, opened it’s official website shortly afterwards and gives fans the chance to recreate a scene from Digimon the Movie (Our War Game). At the beginning of the movie people all across the world helped to hatch a Digiegg, and now you can too.
Though what the egg will hatch into is a mystery, and hopefully won’t be Botamon, the baby stage of Diaboromon. You can only rub it once a day, but you can get more ‘nade-nade’ by playing a typing game. The game is fairly simple until it starts using the Digital World’s alphabet.
