During yesterday’s New Works Unveiling in TwitCast live streaming event, MAGES. head Chiyomaru Shikura not only announced a new Steins; Gate follow-up visual novel and anime series, but he also announced that the fourth game in 5pb.’s Science Adventure Game series, Chaos; Child, will also be getting itself an anime adaptation.
Shikura also announced that the Chaos; Child game will also be headed for PlayStation 3, 4, and Vita this June 25, 2015. The game was originally made for the Xbox ONE back in 2014. He also announced demo versions for all three platforms.
Chaos; Child is set after an incident in 2009 when an earthquake hit Shibuya on November 6, which resulted to widespread panic and deaths. a few years after in October 2015, a string of deaths has Shibuya in panic once again, amid all the reconstruction effort.
