Get your tissues and your feels ready because during the Dengeki Bunko Spring Festival 2015 event, it was announced that the lovable little powerhouse and leader of the Sleeping Knights guild, Yuuki, will be joining the upcoming Sword Art Online: Lost Song game as a playable character.
Known as the “Absolute Sword”, this pint-sized powerhouse has gained fame by beating Kirito not once but TWICE. Hey, she even took Asuna away from him, so for this new playable character addition, yuri shippers, rejoice!
Well, she would certainly make things a whole lot interesting, doesn’t she? They also revealed a new game CG featuring both Asuna and Yuuki having a moment
Lost Song will be the third SAO game Bandai Namco will be making following the first game, Infinity Moment, and the second game, Hollow Fragment. While the first two games were based on the world of Aincrad (Sword Art Online), Lost Song is the first game which is based in Alfheim (ALO), which was first introduced in the game’s second arc, Fairy Dance.
Sword Art Online: Lost Song is set for release on March 26, 2015 in Japan for the PlayStation 3 and the PS Vita. It was also announced that the game will have an English version for Asia.
