Prison School is getting itself a live-action TV series, and the boys who will endure all the pain and suffering that the series will dish out, as well as the female members of the Underground Student Council, have finally been revealed in costume.
The newly-revealed cast members in costume include:
Taishi Nakagawa as Kiyoshi
Tokio Emoto (Garo: Makai no Hana, Shinya Shokudō movie) as Takehito “Gakuto” Morokuzu
Masato Yano as Shingo Wakamoto
Galigaligalixon as Reiji “Andre” Andou
The actor of Jouji “Joe” Nezu will remain a mystery, but he will be revealed on a lated date
Hirona Yamazaki as Mari Kurihara, the Underground Student Council President
Aoi Morikawa as Hana Midorikawa, the underground student council secretary
Asana Mamoru as Meiko Shiraki, the Underground Student Council Vice President
Rena Takeda as Chiyo
Yuuko Araki as Anzu
and Masahiro Takashima as the Hachimitsu Academy Chairman
The series is slated to premiere on MBS on October 25, 2015 with Noboru Iguchi at the helm of the series as the director. Because of the original manga’s well-known graphic nature, the series will be aired late at night. Additional cast members, as well as other additional announcements, will be made on a later date.
