Love Live! Sunshine is set to follow up on the success of the original Love Live! School Idol Project, and their debut single is about to be released. Titled Kimi no Kokoro wa Kagayaiteiru kai?, their debut single is set for release on October 7, 2015, and that song is previewed in a new promo video by Lantis.
The Lantis Channel is also streaming 15-second, 30-second, and 60-second versions of the PV:
The single will also contain two other songs, Step! ZERO to ONE and Aqours☆HEROES, and both songs have also been previewed in their own promo video:
The videos were animated over at Sunrise, the animation studio best known for animating the Gundam franchise. A special introductory message from the nine Aquors members will also come with the debut single release.
The name Aquors won by majority vote during an official election held by Dengeki G’s Magazine to determine the group’s official name. Aquors is actually is a combination of Aqua (as they come from a seaside town) and Ours. A total of 23,789 votes were cast and the name Aquours was chosen as it got a total of 4,644 votes.
