The official name was announced this week at Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia’s (SCEJA) pre-Tokyo Game Show press conference. Along with the rebranding, SCEJA also revealed plans to provide gamers in Asia with their first opportunity to finally try out the VR headset for themselves at various game shows in the near future.
So far, four such opportunities were announced:
- GameStart Asia in Singapore, from November 13 to 15
- G-Star 2015 in Busan, South Korea, from November 12 to 15
- IT Month in Taipei, Taiwan from November 29 to December 6
- Taipei Game Show 2016 in Taipei, Taiwan, from January 29 to February 2 next year
If you’re still on the fence on whether or not to make a trip down to GameStart 2015 in Singapore, well, here’s one more reason to this year.
Tickets to GameStart 2015 are currently on sale now. Check out the show’s official homepage here to find out more about the show.
