The Next Generation World Hobby Fair 2016 event has kicked off at the Makuhari Messe Hall in Chiba, Japan, and several hobby companies like Bandai, Banpresto, Takara Tomy, and others were all present to show off their new and up and coming goodies to hurt your wallet. Chiba was the first stop in the tour, which includes visits to Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka.
Let’s start things off with Bandai, which was highlighted by some brand new HG GunPla kits from Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. They also introduced some brand new model kits and accessories from other series like Youkai Watch, as well as a few new candy toys and Gashapon prizes.

Meanwhile, Banpresto introduced new prize figures during the Next Generation World Hobby Fair 2016, which were highlighted by some figures inspired by the new Pokken Tournament Pokemon fighting game. Takara Tomy showed off their new Beyblade, while Bushiroad highlighted their booth with their Buddyfight card game. Finally, Nintendo showed off their Amiibo figures, while other companies like Shogakukan, Coro Coro Comic, Ensky, and more, were all present with their own respective booths as well.
Ouch! Right in the wallet! And remember, this SUNDAY is going to be WONDER FESTIVAL, the biggest figure event in Japan.
