The Top 10 Anime Songs of 2015 according to fans

2015 had been quite a good year for anime songs, or AniSongs for short, and it introduced us to some very unforgettable ones. From the period of December 17 – 24, Japanese anime news website, Animeanime.jp, has polled 550 people to find out which AniSongs did people like the most. Here are their results:

10) Brave Shine by Aimer (Fate/ Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works)

9) “Shine!!” by the Cinderella Project (The iDOLM@STER: Cinderella Girls)

8) “Pride Kakumei” by CHICO with Honeyworks (Gintama)

7) “Shine” by Mamoru Miyano (UtaPri)

6) “Maji Love Revolutions” by ST☆RISH (UtaPri)

5) “Shoujo Koukyoukyoku” by Wake Up, Girls! (Wake Up, Girls!)

4) “Beyond the Bottom” by Wake Up, Girls! (Wake Up, Girls!)

3) “Bravely You” by Lia (Charlotte)

2) “Hanamaru Pippi wa Yoiko Dake” by AOP (Mr. Osomatsu)

1) “Sugar Song to Bitter Step” by Unison Square Garden (Blood Blockade Battlefront)

ED songs don’t usually win popularity polls, but when they do, it’s Unison Square Garden’s lively ED song for Blood Blockade Battlefront, Sugar Song to Bitter Step, which has definitely had many people dancing.

It was also not surprising that idol anime like iDOLM@STER, UtaPri, and Wake Up, Girls! would be faring so well in this list, as half of the songs entered in the Top 10 were all from idol anime. But then again, where is Love Live?!
