The second episode to the four-part web anime adaptation of Yasuo Ohtagaki’s Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt manga has finally been exclusively released to subscribers of the Gundam Fan Club app in Japan for early access, and to further hype up its wide digital release next month, Bandai Visual has started streaming a brand new PV:
The video features Io Flemming’s powerful Full-Armour Gundam taking on Zeon mobile suits, and also gives us a preview of Daryl Lorenz’s Psycho Zaku. They announced that the new anime’s second episode will be available for sale or rental starting February 12 , while early access will be available starting January 29.
Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt is set during the same time as the original 1979 anime, but is set in a different theater of war, which is in the Thunderbolt sector. It is based on the Gundam spin-off manga by Yasuo Ohtagaki, and will be released in four parts.
