Food Wars: Shokugeki no Souma is back for a second season, which promises to have even more kitchen battles to make the summer even hotter. To tease fans even further, Warner Brothers anime has started streaming a new PV for Food Wars: Shokugeki no Souma The Second Plate:
The video reintroduces us to the participants in the Totsuki Academy Autumn Elections, as well as teases one of the matches in the contest, which pits Souma Yukihira against Alice Nakiri. It also features the anime’s OP song, “Rough Diamonds” by SCREEN mode and the ED song “Snow Drop” by nano.RIPE.
Food Wars: Shokugeki no Souma The Second Plate will air beginning 2 July 2016, and will continue where the first season left off, which is right before the Autumn Elections are about to begin!
