Two of Reki Kawahara’s light novels are gearing up for a crossover game which will be released for both the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation Vita. Accel World vs Sword Art Online is shaping up to be one intriguing game, and Dengeki Online has now released new official images from the game itself:
These official images include screenshots of the characters who will be having big roles in the games, and they are Kuroyukihime and Silver Crow from Accel World and Kirito from Sword Art Online.
Kinda makes you wonder where is Asuna in all of this…
The game is titled Accel World VS Sword Art Online: Millennium Twilight, and it is scheduled for release in 2017. It will be an action RPG, much like Bandai Namco’s Sword Art Online games. Since Accel World happens 20 years after the events of SAO, it seems like the game will be crossing through time. More details about this new crossover game will be revealed soon.
