The story of Record of Grancrest War is set in a continent dominated by chaos. It tells an adventure of lonely genius magician Shiruka and knight Teo to seek “Grancresto” (literally means the emperor’s sacred stamp) that is considered as the crystal of order. The first volume was published from the Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint in August 2013, and the latest eighth volume is set to be released on November 19, 2016. Its manga adaptation illustrated by Yostuba Makoto has been serialized in Hakusensha’s Young Animal since June of this year.

The same event also announced that Full Metal Panic! is getting a much-needed new anime in 2017, as well as a new High School DXD anime.
