The original Pokemon Adventures Ruby and Sapphire got a sequel manga titled Pokemon Adventures ΩRUBY & αSAPPHIRE, and now, Shogakukan Asia, the official publisher for the Pokemon Adventures manga series here in South East Asia, has revealed that the manga is getting an English version for the region, and will be released in the traditional tankoubon format, much like in Japan.
This new series is set a few years after the events of Pokemon Adventures: Ruby and Sapphire. The story is written by Hidenori Kusaka, with artwork done by Satoshi Yamamoto. And speaking of Pokemon Adventures, the original long-running manga will have its Volume 52 tankoubon released for South East Asia this weekend.
