The previous Jump Festa tour around Japan previously showed a special hot springs episode for Food Wars: Shokugeki no Soma. Now, that very event anime is getting released in DVD format, and it will be coming bundled with the manga’s Vol. 24 release.
The event anime was a hot springs episode, and judging from the PV, expect plenty of fanservice for this one. Also food porn because this is Shokugeki no Soma we’re talking about.
The Volume 24 manga and DVD bundle is slated to be released on May 2, 2017 in Japan. The special episode is set in a hot springs where the culinary students get to unwind and relax in a hot springs.
